3.1 Registration

To access the full features of the eevip88 Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active eevip88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. eevip88 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, eevip88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to provide any documentation requested by eevip88 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Deposits

eevip88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your eevip88 account balance instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the eevip88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eevip88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.

eevip88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

Where abuse is detected, eevip88 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend the relevant account(s).
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable bonus terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.

eevip88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

eevip88 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eevip88 Platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or vulnerability in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live dealer games and bingo rooms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with eevip88.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the eevip88 Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

Where eevip88 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, eevip88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account, void all bets and winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the eevip88 Platform — including but not limited to the eevip88 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of eevip88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from eevip88.
• Use any eevip88 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by eevip88.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of eevip88's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eevip88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond eevip88's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any game result, provided that the result was generated by a certified random number generator operating within its normal parameters.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

eevip88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eevip88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of any dispute between you and eevip88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting eevip88 support. eevip88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the eevip88 Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
